Hi Terri -- I need to cancel this order. I had given up finding my large controller so re-ordered. I went into the chamber to clean and felt something hard in the floor. I lifted the chamber for the 50th time and nothing was there.... Somehow the controller got in between the blue sleeve of the chamber and the floor. Wierd! Please cancel this order. Also, now that I am back I will be sending back the defective deep IR pad that you have exchanged. THANKS!
